Travel

It’s been a while since we took a real vacation.  Life unfortunately, has gotten in the way of traveling. In 2008, we spent Friday, September 26th – Saturday, October 4th road-tripping from Minneapolis to New York.  Along the way we made time to see The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio, Niagra Falls, and The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York.  Once we actually arrived in New York, it was off to all of Adam’s favorite food destinations.  Cora enjoyed a hotdog from the original Famous Nathan’s in Coney Island, New York, pizza from L&B Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn, and of course rainbow cookies from Scotto’s.  There was more than enough time to see family and friends.  It was a really great trip and we made sure to capture the memories digitally.  Click here to see the gallery.

It looks like the planned excursions Egypt and Athens will have to wait another year…again.
