I make most thing from scratch. I’m especially proud of the past sauce I make. Last year I had a chance to eat at RAO’s in Las Vegas. It’s a great italian restaurant that originated in New York. Well to my surprise I discovered that they offer their amazing vodka sauce in a jar.

I’ve got to tell you, the sauce rocks. It’s amazing and tastes nothing like what you’ve come to know about jar sauce. I’ve actually passed this off as my own sauce (shhh don’t tell anyone) to see if people notice and they can’t. That either means my normal sauce is great or RAO’s is bad. Either way you’ll enjoy it!
