		<description>If you want a piecemeal approach? Sure. I guess I&#039;d go with a smaller agency. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;However, if you want to have any cohesive nature to your approach? Integrated understanding and organization of all the elements need to be in place. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I hate infrastructure/corporate bullshit as much as the next person...but in order to deal with large brands...you need it.</description>
