To answer the question you pose in the title of this post, it&#039;s us.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;For what it&#039;s worth, I don&#039;t think anyone should ever allow a 3rd party analysis to weigh too heavily in their decision making process. Their work should be considered directional at best, saving me time but never saving me from making a decision. The way I see it, I&#039;m the only one that knows exactly what&#039;s needed to advise my clients. These 3rd party folks have no skin in the game I have to play every day.</description>
