		<description>Adam, Great points! As Steve said, it&#039;s a stunt that is trying to be cool by showing social media as opposed to using social media to have a conversation with their customers. As you mentioned, the Skittles customer is not on Twitter and they can&#039;t control what&#039;s said. So at the end of the day, they got some buzz, but nothing sustainable and I doubt any sales.
