With over 11 years of interactive marketing experience Kmiec has worked with a variety of top tier brands including BMW, Kellogg´s, Healthy Choice, Adidas, United Airlines, Citibank, Similac, and Nikon.

Currently Kmiec is an Interactive Account Director with Colle+McVoy in Minneapolis, MN. This new position marks his return to the agency side of the industry. As an Interactive Account Director, he is charged with guiding clients through the minefield that can be interactive. Specifically, Kmiec seeks to go beyond “building web sites” and instead focuses on solving business problems by leveraging consumer driven insites to fuel creative ideation.

Prior to joining Colle+McVoy Kmiec served as the Manager, Interactive Marketing. His responsibilities covered not only leading interactive planning for over 30 brands, but also managing complex interactive experiences from ideation to completion.

In addition to collaborating with specific brands like, Healthy Choice, Slim Jim, Chef Boyardee and Orville Redenbacher´s, Kmiec also advised the ConAgra Foods corporate leadership on how the web could strategically support the goals and objectives of the company.

During his tenure he lead the launch of several key projects including the first ConAgra Foods Health & Wellness Platform, first cohort/bundled recipe CRM program, and the Healthy Choice Green is Good program; the largest promotion ever executed by ConAgra Foods.

Prior to working at ConAgra Foods, Kmiec was employed at top Advertising & Marketing agencies including Fallon, Leo Burnett, and DraftFCB.

During that time he managed accounts domestically and internationally for the CPG, Pharma, Automotive, Financial, and Travel industries. In doing so he lead complex assignments in excess of $1,000,000, client relationships, creative teams, and 3rd party partners.

Kmiec has a passion for educating and solving challenging marketing assignments with solutions that deliver not only a true ROI, but a return on marketing objectives as well.
