The Kmiec Ramblings

When you consider we’ve lived in 3 different states over the last 6 years, I guess you could call us nomadic. After moving Cheryl from Minnesota to Chicago and then to Omaha, Nebraska, we finally returned to the land of 10,000 lakes and “settled” down. I guess it just goes to show that you can’t ever really leave home. Minnesota always holds a special place in our hearts, because it’s where we first met in the Spring of 1998.

For seveal years it was just Cheryl, Adam, and Max (our cat). But, that all changed on April 13, 2007. On that Friday our family grew to 4 with the addition of our daughter, Cora Madison Kmiec.

Cora has brough a meaning to our life that we never had the right to ask for. She can be rewarding, challenging, frustrating, wonderful, calm, relaxed, sinful, and adorable…all at the same time! It’s safe to say that she is #1 in our lives and gives us inspiration to think about #2.

Cheryl providing serious leadership for TARGET’s food brands in Minneapolis, MN. By leveraging her Chemical Engineering degree and FDA experience, Cheryl is able to drive innovation for the Archer Farms, Market Pantry, and Choxie brands.

Adam is now an Interactive Account Director with Colle+McVoy. He’s helping the agency grow it’s digital expertise. You can learn more about his new role here.

Hobbies & Passions

While traveling, photography, and the combination of the two remain enjoyable, we do find other ways of keep busy.

Cheryl enjoys scrap-booking, craftworks, painting, and playing her Yamaha Clavinova CVP-202 digital piano.

Adam keeps active with a balanced regiment of Facebook, video games, movie collecting, and blogging.
